About the Role

This person will report to the Director of Training Services.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor to join our organization. As a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and engaging training sessions on First Aid, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) usage. Your role will be instrumental in equipping participants with life-saving skills and knowledge, empowering them to respond effectively to emergency situations and contribute to a safer community.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct Training Sessions:
Plan and conduct hands-on training sessions on First Aid, CPR, and AED procedures in accordance with established guidelines and curricula.
Utilize various teaching methods, audiovisual aids, and practical scenarios to ensure effective learning and skill retention among participants.

Requirements

● High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Education,Instructional Design, Training and Development, or related field preferred

● Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint

● He/She/Them must have great and positive energy

● Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent analytical, planning, andprocess development skills.

● Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and listening skills

● Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
