About the Role
We are looking for a chief of staff that’s highly motivated and can enhance the vision of True Community through its leadership. He/She/Them will be the trusted advisor to the Executive Director. They will foster and build collaborative partnerships with the board of directors, senior leadership and team. They will be able to lead a team when necessary. The chief of staff will also assist the Executive Director in identify and supplying in depth history on potential funders for special projects and initiatives for True Community.

Qualifications
The Chief of Staff should have at least a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college of university or at least 4-6 years in related fields. Ex. Healthcare, Business, Communication, Public Administration, or Nonprofit sector.
